The MainStage is Calling!

Is your child ready to take their musical theatre training to the next level?

Our MainStage is an advanced musical theatre training program for students ages 10-17 (Santa Monica) and ages 8-13 (Agoura Hills). This program nurtures talent with an emphasis on dance technique, vocal training, scene study, and stage presence while rehearsing for a full scale musical!

MainStage rehearsals run from September through March and are led by our incredible MainStage creative team, Kelsey Tarantino and Michaeleen Christakos! Michaeleen and Kelsey pride themselves on cultivating a safe space for young performers to find their voice and shine within a supportive ensemble. At The PAC, we strive to make an encouraging space that allows children to feel confident, safe, seen, and heard while working as an ensemble and challenging them to their personal best!

Each cast of performers will have two full performances with printed scripts, full scale custom production sets, costumes, a mini headshot session, and a digital recording of each cast’s performance. We will also have a Cabaret show for the MainStage Ensemble to bring holiday cheer to friends and family in December.

Registration will open in July 2025. Tuition includes all rehearsals, the rights to the show, costumes, custom sets, props, microphones, videography, headshots, playbills, and performances. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and enriching space that provides the highest level of musical theatre training to young performers. 

Please note that all students must be accepted into this advanced program via an invitation from The PAC staff or by submitting a video audition. Video audition guidelines below. We can’t wait to see you shine!

MainStage Video Audition Guidelines: 

1. Pick any brief song that you enjoy singing.

2. Practice that song for your audition. Before you sing, slate by saying your name, age, and whether you are located in Santa Monica or Agoura Hills. Project your voice, stand in a well lit area, face towards the camera, and pretend you're up on stage! (Don't forget to have fun, too!)
