Rachel Hirschfeld
FOUNDER OF THE PAC, ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Rachel Hirschfeld is a musical theatre and voiceover actress based in Los Angeles. Before 2020, she worked as an Off-Broadway performer and nanny in New York City. When the pandemic hit, Rachel moved home to LA to pursue her passions in a new avenue by starting a business that combined the two things she knows best: how to inspire children and the performing arts. From that idea came The Performing Arts Collective, a performing arts school that comes to you.

Corinne Miller
ASSOCIATE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, VOCAL COACH
Corinne Miller is a musical theatre performer and actor based in Los Angeles. She obtained a BFA in Music Theatre from The Hartt School, and loves to share her knowledge and passion for the theatre with today's youth! Having previously worked as a nanny, she loves that she gets to combine two aspects of her life she holds dear to her heart. Corinne was recently seen as “Audrey U/S” in 5 Star Theatrical’s production of The Little Shop of Horrors, as well as, "Bret" in Calvin Berger at The Colony Theatre.

Jacqui Kolker
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR, DIRECTOR
Jacqui Kolker (she/her) took her first steps on stage at age six and has been in love with theatre ever since. She holds a BA in Sociology and Theatre from UCLA and has accrued over 10 years of joyful experience working with kids, two of which have been here at PAC. When not working, Jacqui enjoys writing her next screenplay, playing soccer, and entering the Pantages Theatre ticket lottery.

Isabella Moore
FOUNDING DIRECTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER, VOCAL COACH, PIANO TEACHER
Isabella Moore is a professional actress as well as an arts educator. She earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University and now uses her degree to teach in addition to her performing career. Most recently, Isabella was seen on the National Tour of Annie as Lily St. Regis, including a New York City engagement starring Whoopi Goldberg as Miss Hannigan. She has also performed in regional productions all over the country, worked as a voice over artist for CoComelon, and has starred in commercials, as well as a featured role on Hulu’s “The Path.” Isabella is a proud teacher at The Performing Arts Collective and a firm believer in arts education and its ability to transform the lives of children through storytelling, team building, and confidence boosting tools!

Kelsey Tarantino
MAINSTAGE DIRECTOR, VOCAL COACH
Kelsey Tarantino is a California raised singer, actor and youth theater director. She has been teaching theater to children of all ages from the age of 14, and holds the value and impact of youth theater arts close to her heart. Kelsey performed and was co-creator of the Off-Broadway original production, GERTRUDE STEIN SAINTS and most recently wrapped the feature film, THIRD WHEEL (streaming June 2025). She holds her BFA in Theater at Carnegie Mellon University.

Michaeleen Christakos
MAINSTAGE DIRECTOR, VOCAL COACH
Michaeleen Christakos is a classically trained actor, singer, and dancer who has been educated and mentored at CAP 21 Conservatory NYC and Chicago College of the Performing Arts where she graduated with her BFA. A Chicago native, Michaeleen has worked as a vocal, dance, and acting coach to working professionals, broadway actors and children of all ages. Michaeleen has been teaching and coaching children for almost 17 years, she has had the privilege and honor to direct and choreograph many shows including Newsies, Bye Bye Birdie, 42nd Street, Grease, Oklahoma and Music Man. Being a teacher in the performing arts is her passion and she thoroughly enjoys instilling confidence and self-assuredness in her students and gets so much joy from watching them shine!

Donovan Mendelovitz
FOUNDING DIRECTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER, SELF TAPE COACH
Donovan Mendelovitz is a born and raised Angeleno who holds a BFA in Acting from NYU. He has an extensive history doing children’s theatre and, since moving back to LA in 2023, has been in several musicals all around Southern California.
He has found so much fulfillment in teaching and loves fostering the creative spirit and unique voices of all The PAC’s students. -
Kristin Serafini
DIRECTOR, VOCAL COACH, SELF TAPE COACH
Kristin Serafini fell in love with musical theatre at a young age and is thrilled to now share that magic with the next generation. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Point Park University before spending several years performing in NYC and beyond. Some of her favorite stage credits include Rapunzel in Tangled: The Musical (Disney Cruise Line), Bet in Oliver! (Pittsburgh CLO), Olive Biddle in Pete The Cat (Theaterworks USA), and Pinkalicious in Pinkalicious The Musical (KSMT Pro Series). Now based in Los Angeles, Kristin continues to pursue her passion for storytelling both on stage and on screen. She loves helping young performers build confidence, spark their creativity, and discover the joy of musical theatre.

Mario Houle
DIRECTOR, GUITAR TEACHER
Mario Houle is an actor, singer, and songwriter originally from Vermont with a BFA in musical theatre from The Hartt School in Connecticut. He discovered his love for theatre at the age of 10 and is incredibly honored to be a part of the Performing Arts Collective, where he can share his passion for an art form that has been so integral to his own journey. Recently, Mario played “Michael” in Tick…Tick…Boom! at the Chance Theatre in Anaheim, and he is currently in production for a new musical movie called Saturday, where he plays one of the principal roles, “Bruce". Mario is also a recording artist, with original music available across all streaming platforms under the same name. When he’s not working, Mario is a big fan of roller coasters, traveling, and spending time with his cat, Tod.

Kris Bramson
DIRECTOR, VOCAL COACH
Kris Bramson (she/her) is an actor, singer, and artist born and raised in Southern California. She got her introduction to theatre through school programs just like the PAC, and is now honored to help cultivate the next generation of confidence and artistry with such talented kids! She holds a BFA from NYU Tisch in Drama, and lived in New York City for seven years before returning home to the best coast. When not working on stage or on set; she can be found working with dogs, doing silly voices, or making friends at karaoke!

Jenny Houseal
DIRECTOR, VOCAL COACH
Jennifer Houseal has a BA from Sarah Lawrence College, an MA in Applied Theater from CUNY School of Professional Studies, and a completed Manhattan School of Music’s Professional Musical Theatre Workshop. Originally from LA, Jennifer spent 16 years in New York after college, teaching theater in New York City schools for non-profit arts programs, as well as working in theatre and TV production. Jennifer loves being back home in LA, working as a voiceover artist and continuing to share her love of the performing arts with young people in fun, supportive learning environments.

Darian Rodgers
CHOREOGRAPHER
Darian is a Southern California native, born and raised in sunny San Diego. She danced and sang through elementary and high school, then minored in theatre at Pepperdine University and performed with the Songfest dance team. Her childhood passion for the stage and performing arts remains as strong today as ever. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Darian is thrilled to be part of the PAC team, where she gets to combine her passion for teaching with her love of theatre. When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll find her raising her four wonderful kids, playing tennis, or out walking her best furry friend, Tucker. Specializing in choreography, Darian finds immense joy in helping young performers grow in confidence and skill. Watching their journey unfold—whether it’s their first time on stage or the start of a lifelong passion—has been truly rewarding.

Grace James
DIRECTOR, MUSIC & VOCAL COACH
Raised in New York City, Grace grew up as a backstage Broadway kid. A music lover her whole life, and growing up in the world of musical theatre, she is so excited to be assisting and mentoring for the stage! Grace is a recent Music History graduate from the Claremont Colleges, and now makes Los Angeles her home where she is a singer/songwriter.

Meet Olive—our four-legged star and expert in all things pawformance! She’s played Toto in The Wizard of Oz and Bruiser in Legally Blonde on stage, but her favorite role is spreading smiles, cheering on young performers, and making sure everyone gets belly rubs and applause.
